A fully personalised 60-minute session tailored entirely for you. Perfect if you want expert guidance, accountability, and results that last.  Your session will incorporate:

  • Strength and resistance training  

  • Technique and form  

  • Mobility and movement  

  • Structured progression at your pace  

All sessions are held in my private studio in Halsemere, which is fitted with strength, resistance and conditioning equipment and weights.

Train with a friend

Train with a friend while still receiving a tailored session each like you would in my 1-1 but with the advantage of holding each other to account and motivated. 

  • Stay consistent and motivated  

  • Build strength and fitness habits together    

  • Supportive, encouraging environment

Small Group Classes

A group class focussed on overall body strength, conditioning and resistance using a mixture of weights and body weight. Whether you’re new to lifting weights or do it regularly these classes will support you to build strength and lift with the correct form.  

  • Max 15 people 

  • 60 minutes  

  • Two different classes depending on experience and fitness level  

  • Focus on form and technique

Every client is different so my priority is to build a personalised training plan that works for each individual.  At the start, we’ll have a relaxed, in-depth consultation.   We’ll cover:

  • Your fitness history, current activity and personal goals 

  • Any injuries or menopause-related changes   

  • Your diet and nutrition 

 
From this, I’ll create a personalised plan tailored specifically to you.
