Like many women, I spent years focusing on cardio and HIIT — putting in the effort but not seeing lasting results. After having children, I turned to strength training as a way to rebuild my body, and that’s when everything changed.
I became stronger, more energised, and more capable — not just physically, but in everyday life too.
Now, I support women over 40, those in midlife, and women navigating menopause to achieve the same results through a smarter, more effective approach to training.
