Meet Kate
Hello, I'm Kate. As a qualified PT, menopause specialist and strength coach I support women to build lean muscle, change body composition and understand the importance of building strength as we age.
Like many women, I spent years doing cardio and HIIT — putting in effort but seeing little lasting change. After having children, I turned to strength training to rebuild my body — and everything changed.
I became stronger, more energised, and more confident — not just physically, but in everyday life.
Now, I support other women and women going through the physical and hormonal changes of peri-menopause and menopause to exercise differently and get the right results for them.

I really enjoy my sessions with Kate, her style is very supportive and motivating. I have done some strength work in the past but not consistently so it is good to learn new exercises each week as well as how to build strength and lift weights correctly.
